This company operates a number of technology based gaming websites and this person will be responsible for managing the online communities, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining membership numbers.
Role of the VIP Manager:
- Excellent customer service skills in writing, on the phone and in person
- Managing the existing community, building rapport with VIP players
- Increasing customer satisfaction ratings
- Seeking opportunities to upsell and cross sell products
Requirements of the VIP Manager:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
