Norton Leigh are working with a leading Hertfordshire based Media owner who are looking to add a VIP Manager to their team. This company operates a number of technology based gaming websites and this person will be responsible for managing the online communities, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining membership numbers.

Role of the VIP Manager:

  • Excellent customer service skills in writing, on the phone and in person
  • Managing the existing community, building rapport with VIP players
  • Increasing customer satisfaction ratings
  • Seeking opportunities to upsell and cross sell products

Requirements of the VIP Manager:

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Vibrant team player with a positive attitude
