Salary: up to £70,000 + Benefits
We are looking for an experienced digital creative director to oversee the creative output of a digital media team of up to 15 people including online editors, web designers and developers.
This position requires a passion for interactive creativity and proven expertise in delivering outstanding brand experiences across a diverse range of channels including website design, user interface design, interactive animation / video, mobile app design, email design and display advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Directing Creative output
- End to end involvement throughout the design process from concepts through to execution
- Art Direction
- Working on integrated projects various stakeholders
- Delivering digital copy and content solutions
- Leading the creative aspect of new business, acting as a spokesperson for the agency and identifying awards opportunities
Requirements:
- Passionate about all things digital
- Proven track record of winning creative pitches and enthusing clients as to the benefits of a particular creative approach
- Experienced user interface designer
- A conceptual thinker who is able to originate and sell in ‘the big idea’ both internally and externally
Experience:
You are an experienced digital creative director with a demonstrable track record of delivering award winning creative. You have excellent client facing skills and are adept at selling creative solutions to clients.
You will have at least 7 years experience preferably in a Top 100 interactive agency and excel at inspiring others to deliver outstanding work. Experience of working in a print based publishing environment is advantageous.
