The Role
The role of Digital AD will be to act as the face of the agency, handling client enquiries and ensuring client satisfaction by devising innovative and effective digital marketing strategies. Your job functions will be diverse and will vary each day but the core tasks are as follows;
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high level of satisfaction while managing expectations
Working in direct contact with clients with access to budgets and autonomy over management decisions
Seek areas for growth and upselling across the agency's services, thinking laterally about new opportunities in the market
Oversee and monitor all digital services and engage with clients about technical requirements
The Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of all things digital. Your experience will cover display, search, social media and all the latest digital marketing techniques with a background in planning and buying as an ideal. The perfect candidate will be an ambitious digital specialist in a senior position at a large agency, looking for autonomy and the chance to work on some of the biggest brands in the world.
