Email Account Manager/Director

The Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for;

* Attaining client briefs and consulting on email marketing best practice

* Advising clients on email strategy and providing guidance on the whole email and CRM process

* Managing a small team of email production specialists

* Budgetary control and P&L responsibility

The Requirements

The successful candidate will come from one of two backgrounds.

1. Client-side (in-house) experience, two or more years focused on the production and management of email marketing campaigns

2. Agency-side experience, working for two or more years with deep involvement in media strategy and consulting with clients.

It is imperative that all candidates have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information concisely to non-technical people.
