Programmatic Account Executive Central London £24,000 + Benefits Permanent Ad Tech (RTB, Programmatic), Norton Leigh is currently working with one of the fastest growing video real time bidding ad platforms who are looking to grow their European offering from their new HQ in London. They are currently looking for a programmatic executive to come into the team to w This position will appeal to anyone with up to a 1 years’ experience in programmatic who wants to contribute to the growth of a multi-million pound ad-tech company in the European market.

The Role

  • The programmatic AE will be responsible for reporting of the performance of video RTB campaigns.
  • It is important that you have the ability to support the AM of the platforms publisher relations which involved troubleshooting as well as responding to requests.
  • The programmatic AE will also optimize campaigns and present results to the rest of the team.

Skills and Experience of the Programmatic Account Executive

  • The programmatic AE needs to have a 1 year’s industry experience in digital media account management, ideally in programmatic buying.
  • You need to be able to show an understanding of programmatic buying and optimisations
  • A degree in a marketing/Maths related field

Programmatic Account Director – International Media Agency Central London £45,000 + Benefits Permanent Ad Tech (RTB, Programmatic), We are working with a leading international media agency. They are looking for a programmatic account director to join the digital team, to work on some of their biggest clients. They are looking for an innovator, somebody who enjoys being a team lead and has a strategic mind. With a strong background within RTB/DSP and a strong all-round Digital knowledge, this person will be the driving force in the agencies programmatic offering moving forward.

Job description for the Programmatic Account Director

  • Hold full responsibility of the campaign life cycle
  • Be able to support and mentor a team of Account managers
  • Manage client relationships as well as internal team operations
  • Feel comfortable building strategy to justify using the in-house trading desk products
  • Ensuring that the agency offering continues to grow through excellent client servicing and team development
  • Have a strong understanding about trafficking and how to implement tags

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a programmatic/RTB/DSP environment
  • Broad digital knowledge an advantage
  • Proven leadership skill and feel able to mentor more junior members of the team
  • Experience in a media agency/trading desk environment is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail is essential

This role is suitable for any search/paid social practitioner at a network agency who is looking to make the step up and wants to work in an autonomous environment.

Biddable Account Manager Responsibilties

  • You will work in a biddable team of 5 which is a mix of paid search and paid social professionals at one of the UK’s leading independent full service media agencies.
  • You will be responsible for leading and growing a client portfolio of challenger brands in Paid search alongside the agencies paid social, display, SEO and affiliate offerings.
  • This role will also entail driving new business and increasing existing client expenditure in paid search and paid social.

Biddable Account Manager Skills and Experience

  • The Biddable account manager needs to have had at least 2 years experience working in paid search/paid social agency side.

Programmatic Trader – Independent Digital Agency Central London £32,000 + Benefits Permanent Ad Tech (RTB, Programmatic), Norton Leigh is currently working with one of the world’s leading independent digital agencies who are looking for a programmatic trader with 12-18 months experience to help further grow the agencies in-house programmatic trading offering. This role is perfect for anyone who is currently sat in a network agency/network trading desk who is looking for a more autonomous role where they can gain ownership of their own clients and have a say in the direction of one of London’s best programmatic trading teams.

Programmatic Trader Responsibilities

  • As a member of a tight knit team of 3, your will be responsible for running multi-market programmatic campaigns for some of the agencies largest brands (global sports drinks company a big client)
  • From planning through to optimisation, reporting and analysis you will be required to oversee the performance of your clients’ display campaigns.
  • Although you will have support from the director of real time bidding you will be expected to work autonomously with the objective of taking hold of your own client portfolio.
  • In the next 2 years, the size of the programmatic team is expected to triple so this hire is integral to this growth.

The Programmatic Trader Skills and Experience

  • The programmatic trader needs to have 12-18 months experience working at an agency trading desk, an independent trading platform or an ad tech company.
  • You need to have had experience running programmatic campaigns and ideally have experience planning & managing these campaigns in multiple markets.
  • You need to be familiar using DSP’s such as Appnexus, DBM, Turn etc (the more exposure the better as our client uses a variety).
  • Given the size of the team, it is essential that the programmatic trader is a self-starter with strong commercial potential who can help the team grow.
