We are currently working with one of Europe’s fastest growing ad tech platforms looking for a Head of UK Ad Operations. This hire comes due to the company’s extensive growth over the past two years attaining a large number new clients. Looking to replicate an already successful model in the DACH region, the client is looking to build their team here in the UK. The client is looking for a veteran ad operations candidate with both strong technical/client servicing skills with experience managing a team.
We are looking for somebody with five years’ ad operations experience from either a publisher, agency or ad tech background. The candidate must possess both strong implementation skills, be able to strategically delegate workload to junior staff and possess a thorough knowledge of programmatic space. The candidate will be looking to come into the position to align the company’s workflow to the German model.
Description of the Head of UK Ad Operations role:
- Managing a team of four ad ops
- Report directly into the Directors in both UK and Germany
- Work closely supporting a team of four sales
- Be the first point of contact for the UK ad ops offering
- Both technically sound and communicative
- Use of relevant technologies: DFP, DFA, Sizmek, DSP, SSP and more.
