Job Description of the Head of Digital Display
- The head of digital display advertising needs to have 3+ years experience working in display advertising agency side, you need to be a forward thinker innovator.
- Although on day one you will be tasked with running the agencies display offering, team management skills are important as you’ll be given the resources to grow your own team within 6 months.
- You need to be a real leader as you will be the go to person in all things digital display so it’s important that you can provide leadership immediately as well as guide the agency forward in digital innovation (programmatic/RTB/data etc).
- You need to be the type of person who is happy to take the strategic lead for clients one day and then get their hands dirty in running display campaigns the next (elbow grease provided!).
Experience and Skills of the Head of Digital Display
- The head of digital display will be the first of its kind in the agency, you will be tasked with growing and furthering the agencies digital display offering with the view to eventually leading a team that rivals the agencies search offering.
- With your years of experience you will working alongside current business wins to integrated digital display into their offerings as well as work to grow your own client base.
- This is a 360 role, you will tasked with pitching for new business, taking the client lead, running end to end campaigns and delivering innovation at every corner.
- The long term goal of this role will be to oversee a team that will win awards for integrated and display advertising campaigns.
