- Be able to share your previous project life cycle experiences with the agency, discussing the successes and drawbacks.

- Confident presenter of ideas and be able to become heavily involved in pitches
- Be able to talk high level technology and a good technical overview
- Proven delivery and technical vision of multi level digital projects
