Account Director - Digital
Our client is one of London’s largest and most successful media planning and buying companies. They are currently on the lookout for a successful, established Account Director to come on board and oversee one of their flagship accounts.
It is an exciting and challenging time to work on this account; fuelled by our client’s full channel planning approach to media they are increasingly directing campaigns into unusual media territory, challenging the normal FMCG model.
With your appointment the group structure will change; you will become one of two Communications Planning Account Directors and as such will help manage the group while being the main decision maker both internally and externally on your accounts. You will be responsible for the management of a number of the communication planning team as well as an extended specialist team. You will be expected to drive media strategy and ensure the highest quality agency output. Developing high-level client, agency and media owner relationships are a crucial part of the role.
As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to drive and oversee projects that affect the whole account. Examples would include; AFPs, digital strategy, mobile marketing and out of home experiential media.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A motivated Communications Planning Account Director with several years experience of big budget, multi-media campaigns and excellent commercial awareness, you will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, account handling skills and an ability to manage a range of people, both internally and externally.
