Global Account Lead - London

 

Global Digital Marketing Agency seeks Global Account Lead. Norton Leigh are looking for a Global Account Lead for a major multinational digital marketing firm. We are looking for someone who has account lead experience working on international accounts in a major digital marketing environment. The role will involve taking overall responsibility for the account, leading the strategic digital direction as well as ensuring that objectives are met and delivered on time. You will be given overall responsibility for a global account. You will have direct reports from both Account Directors and Account Managers on both the online and offline side

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5 years digital marketing experience, with experience in both “media” and “creative”
  • Proven success expanding customer relationships and selling strategic digital solutions to C-level clients (2 – 5M+ relationships)
  • Needs to be able to give examples of promotional, viral, CRM, PR and media campaigns and show how they succeeded or failed
  • 4 Years Account Director experience
  • 2 years working on International campaigns
  • 2 years with financial and budgetary responsibility
  • 3 years working at senior level within organisations. Ability to develop and sustain strong client relationships and the C-level/most senior levels of client organisations
  • Successful experience in building, growing and leading teams of 10+
  • Be able to articulate which elements of digital marketing are suitable for different campaigns, and articulate how they deliver results, and how they can be shown to do so
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organisational skills
  • Possess high level of interpersonal and be organisational savvy
  • Possess problem-solving and conflict management skills; read situations quickly; good at focused listening
  • Possess strong written and oral communication and presentation skills (able to lead client meetings; able to create and deliver persuasive presentations, etc.)
  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to apply concepts in strategy, marketing, advertising, e-business, media, and brand management 
  • Ability to effectively balance client's needs and priorities with inhouse needs and priorities; ability to influence client decisions
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, creating efficiencies and economies for client.
