Graduate Scheme
At Norton Leigh, relationship building is the foundation of our work, both internally and externally. Our graduate scheme offers talented individuals the opportunity to work for one of the leading recruitment agencies in the marketing, digital & design arenas.
After a one-month training period (where you will get a taste for all the sectors we work across), you will become a junior consultant within your specialist area, managing your own desk and forging new relationships with your candidates and clients.
