Graduate Recruitment Consultants – Digital / New Media – London

Norton Leigh, one of the UK's leading New Media Recruitment Companies Located in the heart of London's Soho is actively looking for two graduates to work on a hot desk with the potential to grow and develop alongside our senior consultants. You will be working for a company that has doubled in size in only two years, this is a unique opportunity for anyone with a desire to work in Digital  / New Media recruitment.

Joining the friendly and vibrant office of 5 consultants you will immediately be working with some of the hottest brands within online with clients ranging from Betfair and BMW to the NMA Top 100 Interactive agencies across the UK. You will be working on a large number of vacancies across all areas of New Media, from PPC/SEO Account Executives to Creative Directors. As you progress and develop your relationships with your client base, you will be encouraged to gradually build a team around you to ensure that the supply of fresh talent satisfies demand. As the On Line Industry goes from strength to strength, there is realistic potential for anyone ambitious to be able to grow this desk into a 3-consultant division within 2 year.

To be successful you will be a driven, confident Graduate with a desire to excel in recruitment. You will have a strong appreciation of Media/Marketing, a greater interest within the online Industry and preferably the ambitions to develop and potentially lead a team around you. You will also be articulate, sociable, have excellent communication skills combined with a professional approach to business.
